Why Paleo-based?

Paleo or Caveman eating focuses on the use of nutrient-dense foods to maximize nutrition and flavor. Many have embraced this Health Eating Plan (HEP) as it has led them to better health and fitness (Crossfit). Basically, it excludes all processed foods and uses whole foods that could be obtained through hunting and gathering, as the cavemen did. If you are seeking to eat Paleo, then we have that. If you are looking for healthy, nutritious meals, we have you covered.


Our Concept

A little different from mail order meal services, our foods come to you with all the prep work done. Some meals (when taste will not be compromised) have been pre-cooked and only require heating before enjoying. Other dishes, such as fish, some meats and veggies, have easy-to-follow cooking directions to provide you with a truly home cooked meal with minimal fuss. Food to be cooked comes packaged in parchment paper which either goes in the oven as wrapped or the parchment can be used to line a baking sheet for easy clean up. We do what we can to minimize your time in the kitchen. The Elderberry Kitchen is at work for you.


Our Ingredients

Organic extra virgin olive oil, organic coconut oil, wild caught fish, local and sustainably farmed meats, coconut aminos, fresh ginger, garlic, avocados, apple cider vinegar, honey, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, broccoli, asparagus, zucchini, mushrooms, jicama, onions, spinach, kale, spaghetti squash, carrots, cucumbers, sweet potatoes, blueberries, almond butter, and other quality foods. All non-GMO. Organic as available.
